Hi, I’m Jacqueline Fritz.
My approach is fluid between Pilates, manual therapy and Clinical Thai bodywork, yoga, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation — not as separate services, but as shifting lenses, focused on whatever your body specifically needs today. I work with clients in person and online, across Europe and the U.S.
Healing began when I stopped trying to control my body and started listening to it.
I started as a professional dancer, where the standard was pushing through pain in pursuit of something that looked like perfection. Years of overriding what my body was telling me led to lasting injuries — and eventually, two diagnoses: Ankylosing Spondylitis and Psoriatic Arthritis, both autoimmune, both inflammatory. They changed how I understood the body I was working with — mine, and everyone else's after.
Since then: certifications in Pilates, Yoga, and Clinical Thai Bodywork. Deep training in Somatic Experiencing, orthopedic manual therapy, the fascial system, trigger point therapy, and structural integration. None of it works in isolation — the specificity comes from moving between all of it, depending on what's actually in front of me. I'm currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Clinical Social Work/Psychology, to formally hold the emotional and relational layers that have always lived alongside the physical ones — strengthening a biopsychosocial lens that considers the full person: physical, emotional, social, spiritual.
Transformation happens when there's room to be with what's actually true — without judgment, with care, with choice. That's what I build with every person I work with: a way back to their own body, and more ease moving through the world in it.
For over 25 years, Jacqueline Fritz has built a holistic wellness practice around one idea: a body that keeps re-generating the same pain doesn't need more effort thrown at the site of it. It needs someone reading how the whole body organized itself around that pain in the first place.
“It’s a scary thing trying to get help, but Jacqueline took a lot of that anxiety and fear out of the equation. She was able to hold space for me by meeting me where I was at, while still guiding me into new territory that gave me the confidence to push myself further. I was able to both work through my trauma and reach a place physically and mentally beyond what I thought I could accomplish based on previous experiences with other practitioners and teachers.”
